It is important to us, that our trainers continue to develop their didactic and training methodological skills as well as their technical competence. For this purpose, we use a feedback system, that enables us to initiate a continuous improvement process.
In addition to our internal staff, we also have external speakers and trainers at the Railway Systems Academy. These trainers come from universities, technical colleges or partner companies and bring valuable knowledge from the railway industry.
With our expert trainers in the background, we aim to ensure that our training participants get the most out of our training and are able to put what they have learned into practice.
