The protection and security of your personal data and your privacy is very important for voestalpine Profilform, Tovární 4, 68201 Vyškov (hereinafter "we" or "us") and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "voestalpine"). voestalpine complies with all legal regulations regarding the protection, due processing and confidentiality of personal data, in particular the Austrian Personal Data Protection Act (DSG), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG).

 If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax, we process the data provided by you (e-mail, name, telephone number, your enquiry and related documents) for the purpose of processing your request.

 Legal basis and retention period

 The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

 voestalpine Profilform uses data processors (service providers) for data processing (e.g. under an IT support contract). These processors are contractually bound to comply with the applicable personal data protection regulations.
