Switch Point Guards - Manganese

voestalpine Nortrak manufactures a range of manganese switch point guards that may be mounted on the existing plating of switches. Our unique design offers important advantages in terms of flexibility and component service life:

• Guards may be installed quickly and easily utilizing the brace mounts of gauge plates and side plates,
• A range of tie spacings can be accommodated,
• Guard bars are cast from tough, wear resistant manganese alloy steel, and
• Symmetrical guard bars incorporate four distinct wear faces which may be presented to the point of impingement.
