Johannes Bruckwilder started 2016 as a technical advisor. He learned to solve problems where materials, processes and expectations collide. Over time, he expanded into business development and product responsibility, always working at the intersection of engineering, production and customer needs. Today, he focuses on bringing new solutions to the market and making their impact tangible. Outside of work, he values family time, stays active with calisthenics and Freeletics, and pursues continuous learning—usually with an espresso nearby.
