Massivdrähte

Wir bieten ein umfassendes Sortiment an qualitativ hochwertigen Drähten für das MIG/MAG-Schweißen an, das alle wichtigen Güteklassen für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen abdeckt. 

Das Metall-Schutzgasschweißen ist ein wirtschaftliches Schweißverfahren und eignet sich gut für gleichbleibende Schweißsequenzen. Das geschweißte Metall weist gute Eigenschaften auf, und das Verfahren ist hochproduktiv, egal ob es manuell oder automatisiert angewendet wird. Beim Schutzgasschweißen brennt der Lichtbogen zwischen dem Schweißdraht und dem Werkstück. Der Massivdraht wird automatisch durch das Zentrum des Schweißbrenners geführt. Das Schutzgas strömt ebenfalls durch den Schweißbrenner und umschließt das Schweißbad während des Schweißvorgangs. Die Schweißnaht ist somit von ihrer Umgebung abgeschirmt. 

  • Beim MAG-Schweißen werden Aktivgase eingesetzt. Es wird Kohlendioxid oder ein Gasgemisch verwendet. Das MAG-Schweißen in einem Gasgemisch ist in der Praxis vorherrschend, da es eine geringere Spritzerneigung und eine höhere Abschmelzleistung aufweist als das Schweißen mit 100 % Kohlendioxid. Beim MIG-Schweißen werden Edelgase wie Argon, Helium und deren Gemische verwendet. Diese Schutzgase reagieren weder mit den Grundwerkstoffen noch mit den Schweißzusätzen. 

    Das MSG-Verfahren kann bei einer Vielzahl von Materialien, Schweißpositionen und Mechanisierungsgraden eingesetzt werden. Zum Schweißen kann sowohl ein handgeführter Brenner als auch ein vollautomatisches Roboterverfahren verwendet werden. Die Abschmelzleistung sowie Produktivität sind ebenfalls hoch.
