Integrated management system for planning, implementation and further development

The integrated management system of voestalpine Stahl Donawitz combines quality and environmental management, energy management and occupational safety and health management in a single structure. This structure focuses on the customer as well as the company and the employees.

The advantage of an integrated management system is that it makes a significant contribution to “internal order” within the company and can be seen as a modern tool for company management. It creates clarity and transparency by establishing structures, promoting efficient processing, and clearly identifying workflows and responsibilities.

In addition, the integrated management system serves to define objectives in the areas of quality, environmental protection, energy efficiency, occupational safety and occupational health promotion. The achievement of objectives is constantly monitored and regularly reviewed, as the management system is continuously improved and further optimized.
