Our additively manufactured (AM) distributor rings for high pressure die casting applications are produced from premium materials by BÖHLER/Uddeholm. The finished product includes heat treatment and tailored conformal cooling.

The ready-to-use AM distributor rings are mainly used in two-plate die casting molds and offer high temperature wear resistance, excellent ductility, good tempering resistance and a significant reduction in soldering. Improved cycle time, decreased downtime and less maintenance increase OEE for our customers, which leads directly to higher productivity.
