Evolution Vision

Evolution (Vision) is the name of our new PPE product family for high-end welding helmets and powered air-respiratory systems. Evolution Vision^65F & Evolution Vision^65FM are the first products of this new family. These are Auto-Darkening Welding Helmets with a flip-up UHD ADF combining a welding helmet with a wide view grinding screen. Fitted with a new multi-adjustable headgear with four head straps and one neck strap it provides great comfort and ergonomic weight distribution.

Guardian auto-darkening welding helmets are designed for a wide range of welding and grinding applications. They meet the welder’s expectations for high-quality, comfortable and durable products. This means lightweight products down to 480 grams with a robust headgear covered by soft sweatbands and highest ADF clarity with True-Blue-Colour technology.

All Böhler Welding head tops prepared for air are compatible with all Böhler fresh air systems. All units are fitted with a uniform air duct connector. Air distribution in our Guardian Air (welding helmet) and Big Vision Air (grinding visor):
