A business year to be proud of!

This year's Employee information event was held on site for the first time and was a great success.

The Employee Information Event

Employees streamed into the Automotive Hall on July 4 to learn about the past business year, successes and future prospects of voestalpine Tubulars GmbH & Co KG.

For the first time, the employee information event did not only take place in the Donawitz CCD, but also directly at our location. In addition to voestalpine Tubulars in Kindberg, the event was also held at the other Metal Engineering sites in Zeltweg, Bruck an der Mur and Kapfenberg.

As the core of the employee information event, our managing directors Gernot Graller-Kettler and Gerald Gferer presented the results and figures of the past fiscal year.

It is with great pleasure that we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our employees, whose tireless efforts have contributed significantly to the outstanding results of the 2022/2023 fiscal year.

Without your hard work, such a success would not have been possible!

 

A special focus of the event was on providing information about employee share ownership.

In their presentation, our works council members explained in detail the advantages of this participation for voestalpine employees.

The large turnout at the event shows us that our employees have a strong interest in the company and its developments and are willing to actively contribute to our joint success. For this we would like to say THANK YOU and we are proud to have such engaged employees in our ranks!

It is our goal to keep our employees up to date and to give them an insight into the progress, successes and challenges of the company. Through mutual trust and information, we can actively contribute to our common future and use our individual abilities for the benefit of the company. 

 

As voestalpine Tubulars, we have a responsibility not only to our customers and partners, but also to our employees. They are the heart of our success, and therefore it is important to us to inform our employees openly and transparently about the development of the company.

All participants also enjoyed the culinary delights provided by Eurospar Spruzina. The event ended in a relaxed atmosphere.
