The quality assurance of our products and services covers consequently all working- and business processes.
Aspects related to business administration and the growing request of our customers towards quality standards, operational safety, speed and flexibility have as soon as in the middle of the nineties lead the voestalpine BWG to involve more in the re-structuring and optimisation of the entire company processes.
Since the first certification in 1995 voestalpine BWG has continuously been working to further optimise the company processes in order to meet the also continuously growing demands of our customers related to quality assurance.
Thus quality assurance and quality intensification of our products and services are the principle objects of all working processes in the voestalpine BWG group. In this sense we are regularly revising and optimising the requirements to our process-oriented quality management system.
In practise it is out of question for us to be equipped with laboratories for quality assurance and testing of measurement devices on all company sites.
This is how we can guarantee high grades of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS).
Certification according to ISO 9001
As soon as in the middle of the nineties voestalpine BWG was certified for the first time according to ISO 9001 standards. At that time as pioneer in this business field.
Certification according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001
Since 2016, voestalpine BWG's integrated management system has included not only ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems but also certification for environmental management systems (ISO 14001), energy management systems (ISO 50001) and health and safety management systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 since 2019).
