Purpose and Scope

The zentrak HOT BOX DETECTION / zentrak HOT WHEEL DETECTION / zentrak COLD WHEEL DETECTION Advanced Training Course contains all the necessary advanced knowledge to install a zentrak HOT BOX DETECTION / zentrak HOT WHEEL DETECTION / zentrak COLD WHEEL DETECTION system in the track. Within two days, it delivers a lot of advanced knowledge concerning the configuration, data analysis, remote maintenance and troubleshooting.

This training is intended for managerial staff as well as maintenance staff responsible for all the installation, planning and all troubleshooting issues concerning the zentrak HOT BOX DETECTION / zentrak HOT WHEEL DETECTION / zentrak COLD WHEEL DETECTION system.

Course Content

  • Configuration and replacement of the TSPC (Trackside PC)
  • Remote access to TSPC
  • Troubleshooting in case of errors
  • Hardware replacement of FN (field nodes)
  • Configuration of switch and firewall for internal communication
  • Costumer specific alarm- types and algorithms
  • Theoretical and practical field calibration with Variotherm (test heating device)
