Exclusive insights into the world of technology for Wire Technology winner Viktoria

Winner of the MINT Challenge 2022-23

The MINT experience from voestalpine Wire Rod Austria GmbH was ceremoniously handed over by HR Manager Barbara Winkler. A great prize - winner Viktoria from the HTL Eisenstadt was able to experience a day alongside our colleague Katharina Ragger in the research & development department of voestalpine Wire Technology.

From insights into high-tech materials simulation and testing technology to process technology in the modern wire rolling mill at the St. Peter/Freienstein site, the winner was able to gain an impression of the working environment in a modern and innovative technology company.

At the end of the day, everyone agreed: "Girls have long since arrived in the world of technology after all!"

MINT jobs play a crucial role in our company, as only qualified employees enable us to stay at the forefront of technology and grow continuously. As a human resources manager, I am proud to recruit highly qualified MINT professionals and offer them a career opportunity that optimally promotes their talents and abilities. MINT jobs are the future and we are ready to shape it.
