Process structure of VAE

For developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system a process approach was adopted. The most important – value adding – activities were identified. The sequence and interaction of the processes are managed by the persons responsible using the process structure, the procedures and the process measurements.
The procedures define the sequences within our organization in strict compliance with ISO 9001:2000. They are binding for all employees of VAE.
