Change of management in the voestalpine Steel Division

Finance, Sales and Technology to have new Boards from June 1, 2014

voestalpine AG has set the course for a new generation of manager at the Steel Division. Wolfgang Mitterdorfer (43), Pauline Seidermann (47), and Hubert Zajicek (45) will be superseding Peter Ackerlauer, Alfred Düsing and Wolfgang Lakata on the Division's Board as of June 1, 2014. Wolfgang Eder will remain in his position as Chairman of the Board.

The outgoing members of the Board have clocked up many years of experience in management roles and on the Board of Steel Division between them. They were instrumental in the success achieved by the Division over the past 15 years, and the business is in an excellent position as they hand over to their successors.
