Ultra-long Rail Shipment

Rails up to a length of 120 m are loaded and delivered from our plant.

The transportation methods a various. Grooved rails used for trams are delivered by truck. Vignole rails are delivered on regular flatbed waggons either directly to the building site, to the customers stockyard, to a welding plant or to the harbour for oversea´s shipments.

We continue to improve our transport service. Our latest project was to ship more than 40.000 tons of 60 m long rails overseas to South Africa. By that way, overseas customers are able to use the advantages of long rails.
