HSH^® grooved rails or grooved rails in ultra-hard design as well as weldable medium carbon grades are used in streetcar lines throughout the world. Upon request we deliver these pre-bent and ready for assembly as an end product.

The prebending of the grooved rails is carried out in our works on the basis of our specifically designed CAD solution, by which we can take into account all important production criteria on the computer screen. We have also implemented the most modern and state-of-the-art CNC high-performance devices for the bending process itself.
