The respective risk situation of the voestalpine Group forms the basis for negotiation of these conditions in the international insurance market.
To a certain extent, our objective can only be achieved in cooperation with the Group subsidiaries by means of technical risk surveying and consulting services required to implement risk improvement measures.
The processing of claims is also one of our most central responsibilities, from documentation and claims notification to coverage assessment and final settlement of claims in negotiation with the insurers.
We also provide general or specific information on the topics of international industrial insurance, legal contracts, extent of coverage, risk management, etc.
