DRY SYSTEM

DRY SYSTEM di Böhler Welding rappresenta l'alternativa efficiente alle costose soluzioni di stoccaggio a temperatura controllata e alle procedure di gestione necessarie, garantendo la disponibilità di elettrodi rivestiti asciutti come appena usciti dalla fabbrica, subito pronti all'uso. La tecnologia DRY SYSTEM di Böhler Welding evita di dover riessicare gli elettrodi e di utilizzare forni di mantenimento per la saldatura con il potenziale rischio di fessurazione indotta o assistita da idrogeno. Garantisce inoltre una saldatura sicura grazie al basso tenore di idrogeno del metallo d'apporto fino a nove ore dopo l'apertura della confezione sottovuoto.

Gli elettrodi rivestiti possono essere utilizzati in modo facile e flessibile, senza richiedere gas e con semplici generatori. Garanzia

DRY SYSTEM di Böhler Welding assicura, per gli elettrodi basici rivestiti in metallo legato e bassolegato, un tenore di idrogeno diffusibile di < 5 ml/100 g di metallo di saldatura secondo la norma EN ISO 3690 o di < 4 ml/100 g secondo la norma AWS A4.3 -93 entro un tempo di lavorazione di 9 ore dall'apertura della confezione.
