DRY SYSTEM

El DRY SYSTEM de Böhler Welding es la alternativa a los costosos procedimientos de almacenamiento y manipulación cuando se requieren condiciones climáticas controladas permitiendo emplear los electrodos como si hubieran estado «secados en el horno». El DRY SYSTEM evita la necesidad de volver a secar los electrodos y usar hornos y estufas de almacenamiento en aquellas aplicaciones con un riesgo alto de agrietamiento provocado por el hidrógeno. Garantizamos una soldadura con bajos contenidos de hidrogeno hasta 9 horas una vez abierto el paquete al vacío.

La cantidad óptima para las aplicaciones más exigentes

Los electrodos de soldadura garantizan una manipulación fácil y flexible sin sistema de gases y con fuentes de alimentación simples. Los paquetes al vacío del DRY SYSTEM de Böhler Welding, junto con unos empaquetados de tamaños manejables, ofrecen una cantidad adecuada en aquellos sectores donde el uso del proceso de soldadura con electrodos es de extrema importancia.

Garantía

El DRY SYSTEM de Böhler Welding garantiza  para los electrodos electrodos básicos no aleado y de baja aleación, un contenido en hidrógeno de < 5 ml/100 g de metal de soldadura según la EN ISO 3690 o < 4 ml/100 g según la AWS A4.3-93 hasta nueve horas después de la apertura del paquete.
