Nortrak-Damy Cambios de Vía S.A.P.I. de C.V., domiciled at Av. Los Pinos 7A, Colonia Los Pinos, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, C.P. 45120, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through video surveillance systems.
Purposes of processing
Personal data (images and, where appropriate, sound) will be used for the following purposes:
- Security of people accessing our facilities.
- Protection of property and the working environment.
- Prevention of incidents or unlawful conduct.
Data collected
Images and sounds are collected by video surveillance cameras installed at strategic points in our facilities.
Limitation of use
Recordings are stored securely and have a maximum retention period of 30 days, unless there is an incident that justifies their retention for a longer period.
Transfers
The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law, e.g. to competent authorities in the event of a legal request.
