Send an Enquiry<\/h3>\n

From the initial contact we will immediately begin to assess your concept requirements including volumes product and service requirements.<\/p>\n

Once we have fully understood your requirements we will produce a Design & Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment including tooling required, manufacturing lead times and budget pricing.<\/p>\n

Product Development<\/h3>\n

We will work with you to fully understand your requirements and refine the section design to enhance performance and optimise cost<\/p>\n

We will create a detailed proposal including commercial terms, tooling requirements, service requirements and a plan detailing the stages from order placement through to first delivery.<\/p>\n

Place Order<\/h3>\n

Once an order is received, we manufacture all the tooling required to produce the section, perform manufacturing trials and produce a finished sample, which is then quality checked to ensure all criteria are met.<\/p>\n

Once we have approval that the samples are okay, we will start full production, and make the first delivery.<\/p>\n
