Best practice: Major project in Wolfhagen – iFIX in use at 4.91 MWp

With the project in Wolfhagen, we are setting new standards in the implementation of large-scale photovoltaic systems together with our partners Greenflash and DEE AG. A total of 12,758 iFIX panels are being used for a total output of 4.91 MWp – a milestone for our mounting system and a prime example of industrial scalability.

Efficient production – quality from Schwäbisch Gmünd

All iFIX panels for the first construction phase – a total of 3,300 pieces – was manufactured at the voestalpine Automotive Components site in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Our production is based on decades of experience in the automotive sector and meets the highest quality standards. Thanks to established large-scale production processes, even large quantities can be supplied efficiently, on time, and with consistent quality.

Logistical advantage through intelligent design

A key feature of iFIX is its optimal stackability. The well-thought-out geometry enables particularly space-saving and transport-safe loading – even with large quantities. For the first construction phase, a single truck was sufficient to transport all the sheets to the construction site. This not only reduces transport costs but also CO₂ emissions – a clear advantage for sustainable project implementation.
