Antikorozní oceli - Precipitačně vytvrditelné (PH) oceli

Oceli s 10 až 17 % chromu, nízkým obsahem uhlíku a podílem niklu mají mikrostrukturu houževnatého martenzitu a dosahují pevnosti až 1700 MPa legováním mědí nebo hliníkem s jednoduchým tepelným zpracováním s nízkou deformací dílu. Hlavními oblastmi použití jsou aplikace v korozivním prostředí jako letectví, ropný a plynárenský průmysl a měřicí a regulační technika.

Tato speciální podskupina martenzitických nerezových ocelí, měkké martenzitické a precipitačně vytvrditelné korozivzdorné oceli (supermartenzity), dosahují martenzitické mikrostruktury prostřednictvím vyššího obsahu Ni se současným nízkým obsahem C a N. S tím souvisí vyšší houževnatost, lepší svařitelnost a díky nižší vazbě Cr na C i vyšší korozní odolnost. Legující prvky jako Cu, Ti a Al se používají k dosažení precipitačně vytvrditelných slitinových systémů (PH oceli) a ke zvýšení pevnosti precipitací intermetalických fází z martenzitu v průběhu jednoduchého tepelného zpracování.

Běžné aplikace těchto ocelí jsou ve strojírenství, např. upevňovací prvky, hřídele, pružiny, ozubená kola a lehké konstrukce, např. v leteckém průmyslu.
