    Transfer of shares to employees of the voestalpine group

    Gemäß § 82 Abs. 9 Börsegesetz gibt die voestalpine AG bekannt, dass sie 55.668 Stück eigene Aktien (das entspricht 0,03 % des Grundkapitals) an Mitarbeiter des voestalpine-Konzerns bzw. an die voestalpine Mitarbeiterbeteiligung Privatstiftung zur Zuteilung an Mitarbeiter der voestalpine-Gruppe übertragen hat. Davon wurden 50.768 Stück zu einem Preis von 20,04 EUR und 4.900 Stück zu einem Preis von 26 EUR übertragen. Dies erfolgte im Rahmen des bestehenden Mitarbeiterbeteiligungs-programmes der voestalpine. Ferner hat die voestalpine AG 71 Aktien im Rahmen eines Gewinnspiels übertragen.

    Equity stake of Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich falls below 15 %

    Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, voestalpine AG hereby gives notice that it has received notification from its shareholder Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich Invest GmbH & Co OG that the shareholder’s voting rights have been diluted to a stake of less than 15% due to a capital increase of roughly 2%.

    Capital increase from authorized capital

    Pursuant to § 93 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, voestalpine AG hereby gives notice that the capital increase as already announced September 12, 2012 by issuing 3,400,000 bearer shares has been registered at the Company’s commercial register with effect November 24, 2012. Effective November 24, 2012, the Company’s registered capital is EUR 313.309.235,65 and is divided into 172.449.163 bearer shares. Each share represents one vote.
