voestalpine experts also offered insights about the challenges and opportunities on the European market.

Rail + Metro China 2017 brought together more than 200 industry leaders from 15 countries to showcase the latest products and technologies of rail vehicles and components, signal communication, maintenance and repair equipment, planning and consulting services, and infrastructure and tunnel engineering facilities. Numerous speeches and panel discussions additionally gave insights into systems and trends.

One of the first highlights on the Rail + Metro China 2017 was a presentation on the voestalpine VAE GmbH company addressed by Marco Graf, Managing Director of voestalpine Railway System (Beijing) Marco Graf introduced voestalpine VAE’s operation status with service and product range and offered his perspective on the rapidly changing environment for the railway industry with a look ahead to the next decade.
