LogiTrans was held in Istanbul from November 18-20. voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH was present on a shared exhibition stand hosted by Austria's Federal Economic Chamber.
This was the 9th time that the International Transport Logistics Exhibition has been held at the Istanbul Expo Center. LogiTrans again strengthened its role as the meeting point for the logistics industry in the Eurasian region in 2015. Over 15,000 participants and more than 220 exhibitors attended the trade fair. LogiTrans has developed into an important business fair. This year again the number of international exhibitors and visitors highlights the importance of LogiTrans as a platform for establishing logistics networks between Asia and Europe.
voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik presence
The Federal Economic Chamber hosted a large Austrian pavilion offering an excellent opportunity for several Austrian logistics companies, including voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik, to present themselves under the slogan “Made in Austria”. Thomas Stuphann (Sales Projects outside Europe) represented voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH at the show. He was supported at the stand by Namik Demircioğlu (trade representative for voestalpine Krems GmbH and voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH in Turkey). Managing Director Stefan Pfeifer also attended to experience the trade fair for himself.
"Through personal discussions and demonstrations we were able to explain the advantages of our rack construction to trade show visitors, and generate interest by referring to our project in Konya. Our promotional activities have resulted in new contacts within Turkey and neighboring countries, and have served to strengthen existing contacts."
New voestalpine corporate design
The voestalpine Group is marking the consistent implementation of its strategy and its changing self-image by updating its visual identity: its transformation from a European steel company to a global technology and capital goods group is now also being mirrored in its corporate design. The new visual identity combines tradition with future expectations, and increasingly symbolizes dynamism and a focus on the future.
