As last year, voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH attended ceMAT Asia 2017, presenting its solutions at Asia’s most important intralogistics exhibition.
With a population of 24 million, Shanghai is one of the largest cities in the world, as well as home to ceMAT Asia. International experts in the logistics industry met at CeMAT Asia 2017 in the Shanghai New International Expo Center from October 31 to November 3, 2017. China is modernizing its industrial infrastructure, making it the world’s largest market for intralogistics products. With an exhibition space of 60,000 m2, this is also the largest trade fair for intralogistics in East Asia.
Highly efficient silo solutions for the Asian market
voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH, which has enjoyed an intensive presence in the Chinese market for around two years, again used this platform to present itself to the international trade on its 36 m2 stand. Together with colleagues from voestalpine Profilform China, the advantages offered by the product solutions were demonstrated to the exhibition’s many visitors. The focus of the trade fair appearance again lay clearly in presenting Chinese customers with the highly efficient silo construction format offered by voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik. The fully automated high bay warehouses with their roof and wall-bearing construction can be built to a height of up to 50 m, making them a competitive and efficient alternative, particularly in Asian conurbations. Visitors were impressed by flagship projects such as the “world’s tallest freezer” in the major metropolis of Shenzhen.
The exhibition team can again look back at several very successful days which have helped to further strengthen customer and partner relationships in China and Southern Asia.
