The international technology and capital goods group voestalpine and Projekt Spielberg are cooperating more intensively during the new season at the Red Bull Ring. In addition to activities involving the voestalpine wing, the architectural highlight next to the start-finish straight at the race track, during the 2017 season voestalpine will be present in the form of its own curve and advertising space.
Since 2014 the voestalpine Group and Projekt Spielberg have cooperated on the voestalpine wing, a multifunctional welcome and event center which has become the defining landmark on the start-finish straight at the Red Bull Ring. During the 2017 season this partnership will be extended, with an own “voestalpine curve” and advertising space over the track (“bridge”). This serves to underline the voestalpine strategic focus on the future-oriented mobility sector.
Living up to its name: highly demanding curve
Just as voestalpine stands for the highest technology and quality standards, the curve now sponsored by voestalpine demands a perfectly tuned technical setup, and poses a challenge even for Formula One drivers.
