All 51 Austrian companies are included in the Austrian model, which is focused on national employees’ rights. Additionally, the international participation model enables employees outside Austria to purchase voestalpine shares. Currently 75 European companies in 8 countries are included in the model.
New member Switzerland now joins Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Italy. (March 2016)
"In an international Group there should also be an international participation – the integration of Switzerland in our model is the next step in this direction."
New voestalpine corporate design
The voestalpine Group is marking the consistent implementation of its strategy and its changing self-image by updating its visual identity: its transformation from a European steel company to a global technology and capital goods group is now also being mirrored in its corporate design. The new visual identity combines tradition with future expectations, and increasingly symbolizes dynamism and a focus on the future.
