Two years of international projects all around the globe have given Adalbert Banyai a wealth of useful experience for his next tasks in the voestalpine Group.
„Being part of the High Mobility Pool is a unique experience for any young professional. Working for voestalpine is an extraordinary career opportunity. When you take those ingredients and combine them with the chance to work in a variety of positions within the company and travelling around the world, you get a wining formula that one simply could not refuse. My first project will take me to South America, where I shall be conducting a market research for BÖHLER-UDDEHOLM Precision Strip. I am extremely excited about this opportunity and confident that it is just the beginning of a long-term partnership.,” commented Adalbert Banyai in 2011 after winning a place in the Assessment Center over the last of the more than 300 international applicants. Originally from Romania, he studied management and marketing in Bucharest and completed his master’s degree at the University of Buckingham in England. Over the next two years, Georg Heckmann, Managing Director of voestalpine Eurostahl GmbH, stood by his side as his mentor and gave him practical advice and tips.
New voestalpine corporate design
The voestalpine Group is marking the consistent implementation of its strategy and its changing self-image by updating its visual identity: its transformation from a European steel company to a global technology and capital goods group is now also being mirrored in its corporate design. The new visual identity combines tradition with future expectations, and increasingly symbolizes dynamism and a focus on the future.
