Tool Design and Development

  • We develop and manufacture tools for press parts to be produced in our Press Shop
  • To ensure feasibility we use Pampstamp and Autoforma software for deep drawing simulation
  • We support and provide our customers with feasiblity studies and risks analysis
  • We use Catia V5 respectively UG for construction of tools
  • More than 30 Engineers and Technicians accompany you from RFQ to tool approval
  • The strong growing part of assembly production with all kind of conjunction technology is accompanied by our own specialists and engineers
  • In the project phase we define specific process- and conjunction design lay-outs and we are responsible for implementation
  • We are capable to take-over assembly lines from OEM's and re-intergrate them into our plants by using our own knowledge for adapting and re-engineering series to spare part demands

Blanking

  • Fully automated blanking line

  • Form feed up to 4.500 mm
  • Capable to take out blanks not only in direction of production but also by robot from the side

Presses

  • 6 Press Lines (4.000-20.000 kN)
  • Fully automated and hydraulic
  • Tool measurement up to 5.000 mm
  • All press lines consist of 6 presses
  • The available upper and lower draw cushion meet the automotive standards
  • Presses are capable of steel and alumimiun production and have spray wash units

Assemblies

  • Highly automated production for relevant conjunction technology (steel and aluminium)
  • Additional flexible robot cells (laser soldering, laser welding, spot welding, flaring, hemming, glueing, rivetting and clinching)
  • Automated and manual processes
  • Automated quality inspection system (Tike camera systems)
  • 22.000 m2 assembly production
  • Approx. 100 assembly cells
