I started working at voestalpine in August 2012 as Supplier Quality Technician. One year after, I moved to the Purchasing Department. During this time, I received my Masters in Purchasing and I was promoted by voestalpine Fontaine. In October 2015, I had the opportunity to become the Purchasing Manager of voestalpine Automotive Components Fontaine. My team is comprised of a purchaser and an apprentice.Together, we are in charge of the purchasing of raw materials, components, the subcontracting and various others tasks. Since one year, in addition to my position of Purchasing Manager, I have also been Financial Manager with a team of four in voestalpine Automotive Components Fontaine. In the current year, I will integrate the Value Program of voestalpine and I will also follow a new training in finance to further improve my skills. I am driven by the desire to do better, try new things and learn constantly. Any experience is good to take! I try to be involved in as many projects as possible, since it is important to have a global vision of the company and understand the interactions between the departments. The only limits are the ones we set for ourselves that is what I experienced in voestalpine Fontaine. I feel very fortunate to have my hard work recognized and acknowledged. I am proud to work at voestalpine Fontaine. We are part of an international group but with the feeling of being a family business where we are listened to and where we are encouraged to continue to evolve. If you are willing, it is possible to do what you want but the most important thing is to love what you do!
