Crossings with moveable wing rail

Crossings with moveable wing rail

In order to close the gap in the running track of conventional crossings, these crossings are equipped with flexibly moving wing rails.

During the setting process, the wing rails are pushed to the rigid point of the crossing and locked. When locked, the wing rail is laterally supported over the complete flexible area.

These crossings can be equipped with exterior switch machine and locking devices via bell-crank levers or via sliding supports and switch machine integrated in the crossing.

Special design "SPRING FROG"

Here, the wing rails are pushed to the rigid point of the crossing via a spring assembly in the main running direction.

For travel in secondary lines, the crossing is trailed by the vehicle and then falls back to the original position.
