The VS20 ID is the simplest type of the VAE setting devices.
Normal operational mode is done manually for driving from the point or it is trailed by the vehicle itself.
The force flow is linear and the tongue is hold to the stock rail by force and is locked in a non-positive way.
Setting and detection of end position is also possible. Therefore, additional equipment has to be adapted.
This device is also in a returning mode version available the VS20 ID R.
