There are used the following technological processes in the VAE Legetecha:

• assembling of frogs, switch blades and turnouts;
• arc-welding of base-plates, frog-connecting rails, frog points;
• mechanical processing of metal products (drilling holes, punching holes, cuting metal);
• installation of optional railway equipment;
• gluing of insulated rail joints;
• repair of turnout worn parts.

VAE Legetecha specialises in manufacture of welded base-plates from various shape-rolled steel profiles. Special attention in our Enterprise is being paid to work quality. Based on Quality Control system implemented in our Enterprise, quality of products is assured by use of:

• statistical selection methods;
• paint penetration method;
• ultrasound reflection method.
