ECOGLISS
ECOGLISS mounted in plate
ECOGLISS sliding inserts are integrated into the slide plates of turnouts. They are lubrication-free and require little maintenance.
They are made from fibre-reinforced synthetic material which has the required sliding properties and is sufficiently resistant to abrasion to reach the appropriate service life.
Maintenance is limited to occasional cleaning of the plates, lubrication of the slide plates is no longer necessary.
The sliding inserts are higher than the steel plates and can be exchanged after wear due to abrasion. They can be exchanged in the track without having to dismantle the plates.
