SAFEROLL
Arrangement for open switch
SAFEROLL is a retrofittable switch roller and switch stabilizing system.The SAFEROLL elements with the integrated rollers are bolted to the stock rails between the sleepers.
The switchblades are lifted from the plates during the setting movement and move without sliding friction on the rollers of the SAFEROLL.
Arrangement for closed switch
The closed switchblade is actively pushed against the stock rail and the open switchblade is secured in the open position by the SAFEROLL. The SAFEROLLS are, therefore, arranged in the switch device paying attention to this interaction.
