Since the introduction of an Environmental Management System in accordance with the European EMAS regulation (Eco Management and Audit Scheme) in 1999, voestalpine Tubulars publishes an annual environmental statement.
These statements were awarded the EMAS prize of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management in 2006 and 2013.
The environmental statement summarizes all facts and figures related to environment, energy, health and safety. Every year, a wide variety of goals is defined, in order to further increase the company's sustainability in these areas.
This year's environmental statement has recently been published and has been given a new design.
