Quality management

The quality management system of voestalpine Stahl Donawitz has been certified according to the international Standard ISO 9001 since 1994. It is an essential part of the activities of voestalpine Stahl Donawitz to safeguard maximum quality and to improve and further develop the company.

Qualified procedures for the performance processes are established throughout the company. Continuous improvement is measured against key benchmarks, the establishment of objectives and verification of achievement.

The quality management system is depicted in an integrated management system jointly with the environmental management and industrial safety. Every year, the effectiveness of the management system is assessed by the company management in form of a management review.
