Donawitz has been and continues to be one of the major names in Austria`s Upper Styrian steelmaking tradition. Backed by our performance history we have developed ourselves to be a niche provider of high-brow product segments.

Our customers need quality steel that cannot be manufactured in electric ore furnaces. Our classic configuration of sinter plant - blast furnace - hot metal desulfurization plant - LD converter vessel - secondary metallurgy - continuous casting plants is in a position to fulfill highly specific market needs.
