Accidents at work, health hazards, damage to the environment, quality issues and damage to plant systems are avoided through preventive measures. Errors that occur in spite of our every effort are seen as an opportunity to learn. For this reason they are documented, analysed and corrected.

The company and the employees are mutually responsible for safety and health. We create safe places to work for all our employees, we sponsor and promote the Safe and Health programme out of a sense of responsibility for all. We train our people how to conscientiously and positively avoid accident-prone behaviours and adopt safe and healthy practices both at work and in their leisure time.

Thrift in our consumption of natural resources and various forms of energy and the minimisation of harmful influences to the environment is important from an ecological perspective and saves costs as well. We are also well aware of our social responsibility and are thus well prepared to set economically feasible standards in the field of environmental technology.
