colofer® for the household appliance industry
colofer® is a specially developed product for the household-appliance industry and is characterized by exceptional functionality, many years of experience and highest quality. Based on polyester or polyurethane, colofer® is available in all conventional colors of the household-appliance industry as well as with either a smooth or structured surface.
The property profile can also be optimized to meet specific customer requirements.
A variety of different special coatings such as whiteboard is also available.
Whiteboard coating
Refrigerator doors are available with a whiteboard coating for taking notes. The special surface makes it possible to write notes or make drawings on the surface and to completely erase them with ease.
Silver colors
Our silver color tones lend every household appliance an elegant and high-quality appearance. The special surface is a fantastic replacement for stainless steel.
Special and custom-effect colors

colofer® for consumer electronics
colofer® vision is an innovative organic-coated product specially developed for the
electronics industry. The conductive back-side coating minimizes electrostatic charge
in the appliances.
coating layers
colofer® vision is available as a single-coating system with a thickness of 15 μm or as a
double-coating system consisting of a 10 μm primer coat and a 20 μm cover coat. The
2–3 μm back-side coating of both systems contains an innovative pigment that achieves
the special conductive properties of colofer® vision.
