SADEF - standard frames for housing

Sadef offers a range of standard steel frames for housing. It allows us to deliver in a fast and economical way.

Thanks to these standard houses it is possible to make a steel framing for a house in a few weeks time. The steel frame is erected extremely fast due to the easy assembly by means of assembly plans. The system is similar to a meccano-system. The building is assembled according to a detailed assembly plan and building profiles with profile codes.

The standard houses are built according to the same principle. The main frame is accomplished by means of load bearing columns or panels. Floor components consist of main beams and joists of CEE or Sigma-sections, joined with integrated connections. These integrated connections simplify the assembly, as cleats are now unnecessary and the number of bolts is halved.
