Upper baffle

The advantages of the voestalpine Rotec rotational forming process are used for manufacturing special parts for the branch of heating and cooling appliances as well.
The function of the so called “upper baffle” is the optimal allocation of air within thermal springs.

Despite of the strong pre-material high strength stainless steel used for manufacturing the upper baffel voestalpine Rotec GmbH & Co.KG has managed to operate bevel stampings with very small hole diameter. This successful procedure enables to integrated the stamping operation into the internal production process thitherto outsourced to an external supplier.
