PULSATION DAMPER
The voestalpine Rotec forming technology enables the production of components in a ball-shaped design as well. Thereby it is possible, according to customers’ demands, to process uniform runs of wall thickness as well as flexible wall thicknesses.
With the rotational forming technology complex geometries can be produced out of one tubular part. Furthermore the production of tightest tolerances respectively fits by machining are feasible whereas the forming and machining will be done in one setting.
HOLLOW SHAFTS
The production of hollow shafts for transmission systems is done in one set up and out of one tubular part. The production step of forming a polygon pivot to the shafts end is integrated into the forming process.
With the voestalpine Rotec rotational forming technology it is possible to realise walls positioned vertical to the shafts axle.
