For the "first stage" of the manipulation of precision tubes, i.e. the cutting-to-length and the finishing of the ends, voestalpine Rotec has more than 70 production lines with a capacity in excess of 450million parts per year.
At 8 locations in France, Austria, Sweden, Spain, UK, Poland, Romania and the USA precision tubes out of different materials are processed to precision cut lengths respectively to tubular components.
These precision length products are primarily supplied to the automobile and automobile supply industry, but they are also used in other sectors, for instance in mechanical engineering or in the household appliances industry.
To meet the demands of our customers, the voestalpine Rotec Group produces in a very wide range of dimensions, while adhering to very close production tolerances.
The parts can be supplied with a bright metal finish or with appropriate exterior coating. A subsequent finishing of the surface is also possible.
