Precision Cut Lengths Production

The voestalpine Präzisrohrtechnik GmbH offers three methods for precision cut lengths production:

• Shearing
• Cutting
• Endmachining
  
  

On the shearing machines tubes can be sheared up to a lengths of 150 mm and an outer diameter of 28 to max. 80 mm - almost burr free with only a small waste of material.
After the tubes have been sheared to precise lengths they optionally can be end machining in a diameter range of between 30 to 80mm and a length up to 150mm.

On separate precision cut lengths machines tubes can be cut as well - within a diameter range between 10-90mm and a length of 15 to 3000mm with a subsequently individually deburring or chamfering and washing.
