PIT CREW

As part of our CI initiative a challenge was given to develop capacity for small lot size production. The drive toward lean manufacturing and JIT programs has led RFC to evaluate new ways to stay competitive. We formed a Pit Crew Strategy Team that would reduce set up times specifically. The challenge was a tough one - reduce set ups times by 80% per job.
