Engineering Manager
Seeking an individual to manage and coordinate activities of project engineering personnel. Direct project implementation of new products, supervising process engineering, estimating, product drawing & drafting, and project launch management and tryout functions. Confers with management and production staff to determine engineering feasibility and cost effectiveness. Provides engineering advice and assistance to other departments as required.
Engineering Co-Op Students
Seeking mechanical and/or electrical engineering students interested in applying for semester co-op position.
Inside Sales
Sales Administrative Support assists outside Sales Engineers in various tasks/projects and administrative duties. Supports the Sales Department allowing them to better sell the products and services provided by Roll Forming.
• Coordination of RFC Tradeshow activities and follow-up.
• Establish/maintain market pricing database.
• Initiate RFE’s and material requests based on input from the Sales Engineers.
• Assists Sales Engineers in completing quotations.
• Quoting of existing business and maintains a quote log.
• Coordinates internal sales activities for assigned customers.
• Responsible for sales input regarding forecast information.
• Coordinate annual Sales meetings.
• Initiate New Product Meeting information and provide updates to sales engineers.
• Coordinate the dissemination of key quotations with Sales Engineers, field representatives and managers.
• Responsible for maintaining monthly sales reports.
• CI Team coordinator for the Sales Department including, meeting minutes, and updating graphs and charts for Sales CI board.

Quality Technicians
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician who can inspect material, receive components, finished products and work in process to insure conformance with customer requirements, internal quality plans and government specifications. Travels to customer and vendor sites as required. Task oriented. Strong ability to perform product audits, and incoming raw material inspections. Prefer experience with PPAPs and First Articles. Ability to make independent decisions based on customer blueprints and interpretations. Capable of assisting Quality Engineering.
Education: High School diploma or general degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills required experience in Microsoft office applications and good Math skills.

Group Leader- Aerospace Production
Seeking an individual to lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts using custom designed equipment and processes. Will direct the work of team members throughout the plant. Be a leader with a general knowledge of the work being done by the teams within their group and have the ability to communicate clearly. Have the ability to understand and communicate plans and instructions, relating to the work being done by the teams. Will work with customers, engineering, sales, and quality professionals in the expansion and development of the business.
Experience required: Two years supervisory experience and five years manufacturing experience, with 1-year minimum production planning and inventory management.
Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills needed: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, problem-solve, and provide corrective action, managing multiple tasks, good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, dependability, strong math skills, project management, and can take initiative.
Knowledge required: Computer spreadsheet and word processing software. Software experience: Excel, basic Microsoft Office Package Knowledge needed: manufacturing software experience required.
Prefer: Inventory management experience, experience managing inventory thru an MRP system; demonstrated understanding of bill of material use as it flows thru production system. Employment Law knowledge preferred relating to Harassment, Hiring, FMLA, EEOC, etc. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Roll Operators- 2nd Shift
Seeking an individual that will work in a team environment and be responsible for performing all tasks associated with roll machine operation including loading metal coils, operating pre-notch press, straightening, setup of rolls, setting up cutoff press, producing parts and quality checks.
Experience required: manufacturing environment, minimum of 2-4 years manufacturing machine operator experience; prefer metal working experience.
Knowledge needed: Basic computer knowledge; prefer manufacturing software experience. Skills needed: Good math skills, blueprint reading, SPC skills, problem solving, dependability, and can take initiative.
Education: H.S. Diploma or GED; prefer 1-2 years technical/ vocational school
