A voestalpine Railway Systems JEZ, S.L. (antiga JEZ Sistemas Ferroviarios, S.L.) dedica-se ao projeto, fabricação, fornecimento e manutenção de todos os tipos AMVs e sistemas de vias para ferrovias e VLTs.

Nosso Departamento Técnico (Departamento de P&D) garante a capacidade de projetar e produzir pontas e cruzamentos (AMVs, travessões, cruzamentos em X e cruzamentos em nível) ou partes deles, tais como cruzamentos de aço manganês, agulhas de reposição, bem como a geração de patentes. Na voestalpine Railway Systems JEZ, S.L. adaptamos nossos desenvolvimentos às necessidades de nossos clientes.

  • Talleres y Fundiciones JEZ S.A. tem suas origens em Bilbao em 1926, quando sob a denominação de Jemein, Errazti y Zenitagoya, uma empresa especialmente dedicada à fabricação de pontas e cruzamentos, tais como: AMVs, travessões, cruzamentos, assim como à fabricação de peças de aço fundido para a indústria em geral, nasceu.
    Em 1948, a empresa mudou-se para o terreno industrial de Llodio (Álava).
    Em 1994, após a joint venture com a empresa austríaca voestalpine VAE GmbH, mudou seu nome para JEZ Sistemas Ferroviarios, S.L.

GREEN CASTING LIFE project

  • GREEN CASTING LIFE project

    The LIFE project 6 European flagship ferrous foundries will implement at industrial scale the inorganic binder system on their production process implying major changes, starting with selection of the suitable inorganic binder system, changes in processes and investments in new equipment.

    In parallel different sand reclamation methods will be demonstrated. Based on the results obtained, the foreseen techniques will present an outstanding knowledge for BAT technologies participating to tackle environmental problems and to produce greener products to European market.

    • Full scale implementation and validation of tailor-made inorganic binders in 6 flagship foundries in Estonia, Finland, Italy, Poland and Spain
    • Foundry sand reclaimability and reuse tests
    • Piloting actions in 15 follower pilot foundries in Europe
    • Training Workshops in partner countries and effective dissemination activities
    • Experiences and know-how from 6 flagship foundries for implementing inorganic binders in their production
    • Emission reduction by 80-95% (VOC, PM, NOx, SO2…)
    • Indoor air quality improvement by 70% (CO, PM, phenols, formaldehyde, VOC…)
    • Feasible reclamation methods for each flagship foundries
    • Step-by-step implementation plans for flagship foundries for the full-scale implementation of inorganic binders
  • Towards zero emissions in European ferrous foundries using inorganic binder systems
